Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new studio has 30 days with no limit on students, so you can bring your whole studio across. After that, Clefwise is free for up to 3 active students, or you can choose a plan. No card needed.
Do families pay for Clefwise?
No. Every family gets a free login that works in any web browser.
Do I have to offer make-up lessons?
No. You choose what happens when a family cancels, and Clefwise follows your rule.
Can I bring my students across?
Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet, or take a photo of your timetable and check what Clefwise fills in.
What counts as an active student?
A student you're currently teaching. Trial and inactive students don't count towards the 3.
Where is my data kept?
In Sydney. Card payments go through Stripe, so Clefwise never sees card details.
