Families cancel and book without texting you. Your rules decide the rest.

Every family gets their own free Clefwise login. When they need to cancel, they tap Cancel lesson and you're told straight away. Then Clefwise follows the rule you chose.

If you offer make-ups, the missed time is saved as lesson credit, and the family books a time you've opened. Nobody swaps messages to find one.

Open times

Offer a spare time, and families book it themselves.

An open time is a gap you offer in your week. Families see only the times you've opened. They book with the lesson credit they have, or pay for the lesson, and it goes straight into your schedule.

Invoicing

Invoice the whole term in one go.

Choose the term, and Clefwise adds up each family's lessons into one invoice, with your ABN and GST if you charge it. You check every invoice before it's sent.

Families pay by card once you connect Stripe, or by bank transfer. You can see what's come in and what's overdue at a glance.

Is there a free trial?: Yes. Every new studio has 30 days with no limit on students, so you can bring your whole studio across. After that, Clefwise is free for up to 3 active students, or you can choose a plan. No card needed.
Do families pay for Clefwise?: No. Every family gets a free login that works in any web browser.
Do I have to offer make-up lessons?: No. You choose what happens when a family cancels, and Clefwise follows your rule.
Can I bring my students across?: Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet, or take a photo of your timetable and check what Clefwise fills in.
What counts as an active student?: A student you're currently teaching. Trial and inactive students don't count towards the 3.
Where is my data kept?: In Sydney. Card payments go through Stripe, so Clefwise never sees card details.
